| Design Ideas | This hardy, perennial penstemon will grow beautifully in almost any garden. More compact than ‘Dark Tower’ or ‘Mystica’, this variety makes a stunning accent in smaller spaces and is perfect for massing in larger gardens. The showy flower spikes stand up boldly in the perennial border and are essential in cottage and cutting gardens. It is equally at home in wild gardens, at the edges of meadows and prairies. Showy foxglove-like flowers are a mecca for hummingbirds. |

| Care Instructions | Thrives in average to humus-rich, well-drained soils. Best foliage color in full sun. Prefers dry to moderate moisture; avoid wet, poorly-drained sites. For a neat appearance, remove old foliage before new leaves emerge. Divide clumps every 2 to 3 years in early spring. |
