| Care Instructions | Provide slightly acidic, evenly moist, well-drained, humusy soil. Best color in bright shade or filtered sun; avoid harsh sun exposures. Water deeply, regularly in first growing season to establish an extensive root system; once established, reduce frequency. Remove old, faded foliage before new leaves emerge in early spring. |
| History | A fantastic variegated hosta from Mary Chastain, introduced in 2011. Selected as 2019 Hosta of the Year by the American Hosta Growers Association. The heavy, thick foliage of Lakeside Paisley Print Hosta is more resistant to slug damage than that of hostas with less substance. |
